Ongoing Dance Classes
Salsa and East Coast Swing
All BVDA classes are judgement-free zones—everyone learns at a different pace, and we all started somewhere. It’s normal to feel a bit awkward or nervous (or sweaty) at first, but that passes quickly! Leads and follows rotate partners throughout class, so you can come with or without a partner. The more people you dance with, the faster you learn! **Exceptions occasionally made for pairs who just can’t stand to be apart.

Salsa Class
-
On Sundays from 7 to 8 p.m., I teach a beginner salsa class at the Tehachapi Masonic Center. We spend the first part of class on shines—footwork patterns dancers do independently from their partner—and the rest of the class is spent learning a new partnered move (or three).
The rate is $15 per person per class—or $65 for five weeks if you pay up front. Contact me for more info. No partner necessary.

The Tehachapi Masonic Center is at 24309 Cummings Valley Rd. Park in the gravel parking lot and enter through the door on the west side of the building (closest to parking lot). Call me if you have any trouble finding it. (951) 496-1031
